All orders are processed within 2-3 working days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Please see the estimated delivery times for your country or region.

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Please contact us immediately at myvillagegirl@outlook.com, if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Refund

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days passed since purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, ans a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALES ITEMS

Only regular priced items maybe refunded. Sales items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items, if they are defective or damaged.
